Edurne Jorda-Sierra is a successful business executive with over 20 years of experience in general management, business, marketing and operations roles, ranging from management consulting for hi-tech companies to leadership positions at successful start ups and internet businesses in Europe and Silicon Valley.
As Sr. Director of Seller Development & Marketing at eBay, she was responsible for the relationship with millions of sellers helping them scale and succeed. She transformed eBay’s approach to partnering with sellers to become a reliable partner delivering higher impact to eBay’s bottom line and leading to the biggest increase in NPS with eBay’s seller base. She also overhauled the PowerSeller Program and turned it into a platform for seller incentives to improve the buying experience, radically shifting seller behavior on eBay. This concept later became the Top Rated-Seller program. Previously, she ran the $1.2B home furnishings and home improvement eBay categories.
Before eBay, Edurne was VP of Corporate Development for a Spanish group of companies deploying Internet technologies, professional services and SaaS software for enterprises, mid-market and SMB customers and producing and distributing professional/industry content. Earlier, she was a consultant at the management and technology consulting firm Arthur D. Little. Edurne has also worked for several clients to deliver the launch of a chain of Asian Day Spas, the expansion strategy for a textile company and most recently talent marketing services for the leading company in the agreement cloud. Edurne has an MBA & BBA from ESADE Business School and a CEMS Masters in International Management.

She’s been recognized as a great leader, people manager and doer, with a track record of delivering results with tight resources through teams both large and small.
David Jones brings over 30 years of experience in scaling consumer businesses, creating global brands and rapidly growing revenues through marketing, product and partnerships. Previously, as the EVP of Marketing for Shazam Entertainment, he grew the customer base 8-fold and increased the sales from digital goods by over 10X to $325 million/year, while building a global consumer brand. He has also held several marketing and general management positions at eBay, including as the director of eBay’s U.S. media and entertainment $1 billion+ business. He’s also been the CMO of Whimstay (marketplace for last-minute discount vacation rentals), the Chief Business Officer at the medical device company ApniCure, and the VP of Marketing and Product at Friendster. Previously, he was an associate partner at the management and technology consulting firm Arthur D. Little. David holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Quantitative Economics.
